• Windows 2000/XP
• Java JRE 1.4.2
• Many plugins require administrative access
• Ferret must be treated as a "trusted" application. Some antivirus and security suites may prevent some plugins from running.

• Installation and Execution
• Download the latest version of Ferret here
• Unzip the file
• Double click on Ferret.jar in the root directory. If the Java JRE is installed Ferret should start automatically.
